Omar Gutierrez
owner
Omar, a.k.a. (((oms (pronounced OHMS), has been tattooing professionally in Chicago for over 25 years, and with the help of his wife Cheri Basak, opened Revolution Tattoo in 2004..
Since 1994 Omar has been refining his craft while offering the proficient tattooing of many styles in demand. He prides himself in his versatility and cranks out black & grey photo-realism, illustrative blackwork, pet portraiture and graphic ornamental tribal inspired designs, as well as traditional Americana and Japanese inspired art. But he really enjoys tattooing black and grey realism, illustration and portraits. Oms prefers to work by appointment, but occasionally (very rarely) he has availability for walk ins or same day/next day appointments. It is advisable to email or call the shop to inquire regarding availability.
When he isn’t at Revolution Tattoo he likes drawring, vannin’, playing drums like a caveman, chugging huge doom riffs on pointy guitars through insanely loud tube amps, and traveling the world with his wife to see all of the Heavy Metal shows.

Jordin Irene
Jordin Irene naturally gravitated toward the arts from an early age. Over the years, she has been a musician, photographer, writer, and now a tattoo artist working in the unique and ever-evolving world of tattooing.
After moving to the city from the prairie fields of Aurora, she began getting tattooed herself. While working various odd jobs to pay the bills, she found nothing more interesting or inspiring than tattooing. Eventually, she moved to Florida and worked as a waitress next door to a busy street shop. That shop became her home away from home and ultimately inspired her path as a traditional tattoo artist.
She copied every flash book she could get her hands on until she had built a portfolio that reflected her dedication to tattoo history, tradition, and craftsmanship. Today, Irene has over 10 years of experience tattooing throughout the greater Chicagoland area. She has also guest spotted in Tampa, the Bahamas, San Francisco, Boston, and Milwaukee.
Always seeking fresh perspectives and new experiences, she enjoys working in different shops to avoid the blinders that can come with routine. While she specializes in American Traditional tattoos featuring medium line weights and dark, muted colors, she is versatile and comfortable tackling a wide range of styles and subject matter.
When she’s not tattooing, you can find her teaching yoga at Moksha or sailing out of Montrose Harbor. To book an appointment or ask a question, contact her directly through Instagram.

Dahveed Rivera
David “DAHVEED UNO” Rivera is a tattooer based in Chicago, born and raised on the South Side of the city. He specializes in all styles of flora, custom lettering, and most subject matter in black and grey.
Tattooing professionally since 1999. Bold lines and soft shading designed to flow with the body’s natural form. Dahveed has been an artist since before he could talk, and has studied and practiced many mediums. He’s forever curious and draws inspiration from his Caribbean culture, as well as music and art.
His tattooing is high contrast and delicate at the same time. From large scale pieces to small fine line work; the collaboration process with the client is the most important part to ensure a proper fit and design.
